To open an account and use Jitowin's services, the following requirements must be met:

Jitowin sets odds based on its own analysis and data. Odds are subject to change at any time — the odds at the moment a bet is placed are considered final. Official sources are used to determine results. In the event of any dispute, Jitowin's decision shall be final.

Members may also request account closure at any time. Any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Any dispute regarding a bet outcome or transaction must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the incident. Use email or Live Chat to submit a complaint.
Jitowin investigates all disputes and aims to resolve them within 7 business days. The relevant balance may be temporarily held during the investigation. Once the investigation is complete, Jitowin's decision shall be final.
Jitowin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
